At TER Industries, product quality begins long before a product reaches the construction site.
To further strengthen our quality assurance process, we have commissioned a complete in-house testing laboratory equipped with dedicated testing machines for props, aluminium beams, platforms and other structural components.
By bringing testing capabilities directly into our factory, we can verify product performance quickly, improve production efficiency and maintain full control over product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Testing to International Standards
Our testing laboratory has been designed to validate products in accordance with a wide range of international standards, regional regulations and customer-specific requirements.
Our testing capabilities include:
- EN 1065 Euro Class testing
- ASTM-based testing requirements (USA)
- British and Australian performance standards (BS / AS-NZS)
- Middle East and project-specific qualification requirements
- Centre load and eccentric load testing
- Static load capacity verification
- Prototype evaluation and product development testing
- Routine production quality verification
In addition to adjustable props, our testing facilities include dedicated equipment for all aluminium beams, working platforms, formwork components and other structural equipment manufactured by TER Industries.
This flexibility allows us to support customers across Europe, North America, the Middle East and other international markets, and our engineering and quality teams to validate designs, monitor production consistency and verify product performance whenever required.

Products can be tested immediately during production, allowing our quality team to detect any deviation without delay. This reduces development time, improves manufacturing efficiency, and ensures every batch meets the required performance standards before shipment.
All testing equipment has been calibrated and certified by SGS, providing reliable, accurate, and fully traceable test results.
Whenever independent certification is required, SGS inspectors can perform witness testing directly at TER Industries using our certified testing facilities. This eliminates the need to transport products to external laboratories, reducing testing lead times while ensuring full compliance with customer specifications and international standards.
